Special Muscle Minerals
Every muscle in the body requires certain minerals (in certain proportions)
for proper functioning, aid and repair. These are calcium, magnesium,
potassium and manganese. If we have a shortage of just one of these
minerals, we can expect the system to weaken. If there is stress upon the
muscular system, the ligaments, tendons and joints also suffer. These all
work together for an intricate, complex balanced system to produce movement.
Calcium is not just important for our bones; it is also directly involved in
